Congratulations to Molly Edwards who earned the Katherine Esau Award at the Botany 2021 conference which was held virtually from July 18th to July 23rd. The title of Molly's talk was "A developmental and transcriptional framework for pollinator-driven evolutionary transitions in petal spur morphology in Aquilegia (columbine)." This award is given to the graduate student who presents the outstanding paper in the Developmental and Structural Section or the Evolutionary Developmental Biology topical session at the annual meeting. Way to go, Molly!
